AIDA Inc Member Registration is now open for 2021 and you will have until Friday 15th January 2021 to complete your registration. Registrations received after this date will incur a $50.00 late fee.

New Process

This year, we will be collecting membership via the new AIDA Inc website which is currently under construction. In this first year on the new website, you will be required to input all of your details, however in future years this will not be required as your details will be stored and carried forward.

Please note: If your details were not recorded with CLRG for the 2020/2021 registration period, you will need to await confirmation prior to completing your registration. Please use the same email address registered with CLRG for your AIDA Inc membership to facilitate this check. You will receive instructions as part of the registration process if you require confirmation. 
School Details

Also new in the process is the capture of the details of schools. These details will be advertised on the new AIDA Inc website after the public release to help direct dancers to schools across the country. 

One teacher of each school should input the details as part of the registration process, so please confirm this with your colleagues prior to beginning the process.

Membership Fee

As confirmed earlier in the year, it was decided that the membership fee would be reduced for 2021 to $66.00. This amount will be due with your registration. There is also a processing fee that will be applied to the transaction.

Please note: You will need to pay for your registration fee with a credit or debit card. Your card details are not stored by AIDA Inc and transactions are processed securely with our payment provider Stripe.

WHAT DO I NEED FOR MEMBERSHIP?

You will not be required to upload any documentation as part of the process. 

However to make the process as smooth as possible, please ensure you have the following information on hand:

  • Your CLRG Number
  • Your working with children clearance number or relevant document number
  • Your working with children clearance expiration date
  • Your insurance provider name
  • Your insurance provider policy number
  • Your insurance provider policy expiration date
  • Details of any adjudicator were you share an association or relationships including workshops for your school. Please review the latest rules in relation to this here and note any rules applicable for 2021.
  • If applicable, any details related to your school including locations, contact details and your school logo.

HOW DO I COMPLETE MY MEMBERSHIP?

To begin your membership, please navigate to irishdancing.org.au/members and click “Sign up”.

On the confirmation page, click “I am already a member” to begin the process.

Then please follow the step by step process to input your details and complete your registration.
